The rates charged for the whole holiday are based on the tariff stated for the month in which the first night falls.
Heating, electricity, linen and a welcome pack are all included in the price.
For rental outside of the displayed months, or for a period greater than 14 days - please contact us for a quotation.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required on booking, if it is more than 4 weeks. If it is less than 4 weeks the total amount should be paid. |
